The reference electrode of B64 pH series is characterized by the solid elastic property, which is hydrophilic and has high water retention allowing the KCL solution to retain inside the electrode for a long time. Therefore, it can effectively prevent the KCL from drying on the reference electrode.

ION BARRIER

Patented Design :  Enhanced Solid-State Reference Electrode

The ION BARRIER pH sensor incorporates a specially engineered, patented enhanced solid-state reference system.

By integrating the ION BARRIER structure within the solid-state reference, the design effectively traps poisoning ions before they can attack the internal reference element. This significantly delays chemical degradation, extends resistance to aggressive media, and provides a longer service life.

The result is improved stability, enhanced durability, and more reliable performance for the ION BARRIER series pH sensors — particularly in harsh industrial applications where conventional references are prone to rapid failure.
